📄️ Proposals
A Proposal is sent from a supplier to a potential client for the purpose of winning a specific project. It is a written document and it can either be requested by the client or sent unsolicited. Proposals are for Leads. If you want to create for existing clients, then create Estimate. The CRM system allows you to create and record your Proposals between you and your lead. You can mange all Proposals, their details and progress by clicking on Finance -> Proposals in the left sidebar menu.
📄️ Estimates
An Estimate is a document that you give to a customer, showing how much you expect to charge them for goods or services you're going to supply. If you give an estimate to a customer, you're still allowed to charge them more (or less) on the invoice when you actually come to supply the goods or services. Proposals are for existing clients. If you want to create for leads, then create Proposal.
📄️ Invoices
An Invoice is a time-stamped commercial document that itemizes and records a transaction between a buyer and a seller. If goods or services were purchased on credit, the invoice usually specifies the terms of the deal and provides information on the available methods of payment. The CRM system allows you to create and record your Invoices. You can mange all Invoices, their details and progress by clicking on Finance -> Invoices in the left sidebar menu.
📄️ Payments
Apart from Invoices, the CRM system also provides the option to record all your Payments in one place. You can view the list of all Payments by clicking on Finance -> Payments in the left sidebar menu. You can add, edit, delete, or export payments. At the top of the payments page, you'll find the Add Payment button. The Add Payment option allows you to create New Payment.
📄️ Credit Notes
The Credit Note is a vital part of the CRM System. It is beneficial to record order details for all sales. Under the Finance section, you can see a list of all Credit Notes. You can view the list of all Credit Note under the Finance section. You can add, edit, delete, or export a Credit Note.
📄️ Expenses
You can view the list of all Expenses by clicking on Finance -> Expenses in the left sidebar menu. You can add, edit, delete, or export Expenses. At the top of the Expenses page, you'll find the Add Expense button. The Add Expense option allows you to create New Expense.
