Tenants

Tenants Overview

The Tenants are actual customers, who are converted from leads.

Tenants List

The tenant list displays all the Tenants and their essential information such as the tenant name, email, and status.

Export

You can export the list of Tenants by clicking on the Export button.

Filters

The CRM System lets you filter the Tenants records based on various factors such as date, and type. You can access more filters by clicking on Filters.

Action Column

Click on the three vertical dots to access more options in the Action column in table view. You can perform the usual View, Edit or Delete operations.

Add Tenant

You can directly create a new tenant without going through the lead process. To create a new tenant, click on Add Tenant. Select the appropriate tenant type, if a tenant is a company then select Company if its an individual then select Individual. The form fields will change accordingly. Fill in all the required details and click save.

Edit Tenant

You can edit all the tenant details by clicking on the edit option under the Action Column.

View Tenant

You can view all the tenant details by clicking on the view option under the Action Column.

  • Profile: This section shows the profile and general overview details of the tenant such as name, email, company name, website, etc.

  • Projects: This sections shows the record of Projects between you and the tenant. You can add new Projects by clicking on Add Projects. Click on Export to export the list of all projects.

  • Invoices: This section stores all Invoices exchanged between you and the tenant. You can add new invoice by clicking on Create Invoice. Click on Export to export the list of all invoices.

  • Estimate: This section stores all project estimates. You can add new Estimate by clicking on Create Estimate. Click on Export to export the list of all estimates. Under the Action column, click on the three vertical dots to send, duplicate, create invoice or cancel estimate.

  • Credit Note: All the Credit Notes are displayed here.

  • Payments: All the Payments are displayed here. You can add new Payments by clicking on Add Payments. Click on Export to export the list of all payments.

  • Contacts: All the Contacts are displayed here. You can add new Contacts by clicking on Add Contacts. Click on Export to export the list of all Contacts.

  • Notes: All the Notes are displayed here. You can add new Notes by clicking on Add Notes. Click on Export to export the list of all Notes.

  • Materials: All the Materials are displayed here.

  • Prices: All the price details are displayed here.
