Introduction

The Materials feature of the CRM system allows users to add, download, and delete files associated with a customer or project. This guide explains the functionality of the Materials feature and how to use it effectively.

Adding files

To add files to a customer or project in the CRM system, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Materials" tab to open the Materials feature.
  2. Click the "Add Files" button to upload files from your computer.
  3. Select the files you want to upload and click "Open" to begin the upload process.
  4. Set the expiration date and reminder for the file if needed.
  5. Click the "Save" button to add the files to the customer or project.

Downloading files

To download files associated with a customer or project in the CRM system, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the "Materials" tab to open the Materials feature.
  2. Locate the file you want to download and click on the three dots to open additional actions.
  3. Click the "Download" button to save the file to your computer.

Deleting files

  1. Click on the "Materials" tab to open the Materials feature.
  2. Locate the file you want to delete and click on the three dots to open additional actions.
  3. Click the "Delete" button to remove the file from the CRM system.
